Another week comes to an end. We are fast approaching when I personally think the valley is at its very best (yes, I love it more than Spring). The fall season here is part of what makes this one of the most beautiful places on earth. If you aren't here already, I encourage you to make plans to come and visit over the next month or so. 4080 Indian Way, Santa Ynez (main house plus 2/1 full guest house on 20.64 acres)  One of my favorites just got even better. Was $2,600,000 with a new price of $2,475,000. This property inhabits one of the choicest parcels in Meadowlark Ranch. It is for sure one of the most private I have seen. All usable, direct access to river frontage, big views. Usually, around here, you don't see "views" and "flat" in the same sentence but this one really delivers on both. The main house is solid and has a timeless elegance we don't often see in a 1979 built home. It has a very good floor plan already and high ceilings which will support any improvements you might want to make down the road or you can love it as is. The guest house is separate but accessible. A small barn is near the guest house and a fenced pasture in between it and the main house. Its a pretty campus. If you are looking for wide open spaces in a super private location, check this one out. If you are looking for a lot of flat and usable, it doesn't get much better. If views are at the top of your list, see it. Really, its a gem and one of my personal favorites for sure.
