1871 Laurel, Solvang (4/2 on .48 of an acre)  Listed at 725K and sold final for same, 725K. Original list price 799K with 156 days on market. 

2425 Cebada Canyon Road, Lompoc (3/3 on 20 acres)  Listed at $1,175,000 and sold final for $1,125,000. 52 days on market. Drive a little, save about $500,000.
