For those entering search parameters and stopping at 699K, you might have missed this one before. At just under 1700 square feet on nearly a quarter acre, this is starting to look like a pretty good deal in the 6's. Check out the nice cozy well done kitchen. That is some pretty classy newer kitchen cabinetry which we don't generally see at this price point. Attractive but water conserving landscaping looks easy care but still pretty. Back yard is made for spending time in. I love this area down by the river and across from the green belt. Pepperwood is the last street before you hit the high end senior park so you get peace and quiet and along with all that beauty. Compare this to anything else in the 6's and then go take a look.
