Due to some ingenious remodelling already done which brings this 1976 home forward, it feels much bigger than it actually is and mirrors what buyers are looking for today. Open, bright and with trending amenities. All the hard stuff is already done here which makes this purchase like pushing the easy button. The location is special in that it backs up to the wide green belt which borders PAWS Park. This means no neighbor behind and a half a block meander to take your favorite furry friends over for a romp. Lots of nice light and open sky is also a result of no house behind. Quiet cul de sac for added privacy. Its a good one. Check it out.
