Rare duplex property just a few blocks from town. Vintage but very well maintained. Thank you to my sellers who didn't get married to the numbers (a rare trait) and recognized a good offer when it appeared. The buyer public will always tell you what your property is really worth. It was a pleasure and an honor to have the trust and friendship of these amazing people. 37 days on market.

I don't normally report on commercial but this is located in the middle of a residential area and its a cool and unusual property so it peaked my interest and maybe for some of you out there too. 30 days on market.
