This is an investment opportunity with two rental units on .14 of an acre with the following income information from the public narrative “Front approximately 800 sf, 2 bedrooms , 1 full bath, fireplace rents for $1600. Rear approximately 1000 sf 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, rents for $2000”. One unit is vacant for showings but the other is occupied and available to see only after an accepted offer to respect the privacy of the tenants.
