Extra light being the biggest benefit, not to mention loftier spaces. With a great room design, the kitchen, dining and living room run seamlessly together and are bright and pleasant spaces. Lots of storage in these kitchens in a fun design. Bedrooms are a good size and there is two full baths. These upper condos still have an attached two garage and enjoy outdoor space via patio areas with some views. Very low HOA here at $257 per month. I'm a fan of these kind of units in that they offer a less condo like living space and more light in generous square footage for the money. Definitely worth a few stairs to get all the benefits these upper units deliver compared to some other condos.
