As a reminder to you out of town folks, if you have an Iphone, I'm happy to do a Facetime showing for those of you who are (or want to be) my clients. What does that mean? If there is a property you are interested in and you aren't sure its worth the 4 hour drive to get here, I'm happy to go to the property and do a live video walk through for you via Facetime. You can see it real time and ask questions etc. Versus not seeing the property at all, its a great way to decide on making the trip and therefore not missing out on "the one". Facetime .... almost like being there!
