So I had this internet problem. Actually, it took Xfinity 3 days to figure out it was all due to a failure in an external hardware part about 4” long that cost maybe $5. Unfortunately, that was after a couple of trips to Best Buy and $300 later. Oh well.  Thank you to the wonderful technician who came out and spider sensed his way to the solution. Back in business.

Nina: 2669 Oakcrest Lane: Another property that went into escrow with multiple offers. I felt that it was priced really well this time around, especially considering this particular location, lot size and all of the amenities.
