Such a happy vibe, lots of sunlight, very simple yet adorable. Really a charmer. The work that has been done is good. You could elevate the bathroom style but really, it works just fine with the vintage character of this 1960 built home and they are in excellent shape. In immaculate and beautifully kept condition, it is as turn key as it gets in a vintage home. Good street too within walking distance to town, restaurants and golf. One the right hand side of the lane with a beautiful back yard looking over highway 246 (which you can’t see) out over ranches and to the mountains in the distance. I listened intently. Very quiet even though I was there near lunch rush hour. That’s sort of a joke … there might be 8 cars at the stop light which constitutes our “lunch rush". The house is sited near the front of the lot so all this gorgeous flat in the back is available to enjoy and is a focal point of the living spaces. With inexpensive Janin water, you can have a lawn like this without wincing when the water bill arrives. Water here is flat rate billed at $375 per quarter. Very Santa Barbara in style, the house is solid with some nice updates. I really like the kitchen configuration and where it’s at. The detached theatre or screening room is super cool too.
