Fav’s from Broker Caravan Today

123 Shadow Mountain Drive, Buellton (3/2 on .15 of an acre) $589,900 Sharon: The big plan on the big corner lot. Immaculate time warp mostly original amenities but with the added bonus of a doorway between the living room and the kitchen which does not come standard with this model. Smart. With a currently trending color palette, some nice added recessed lighting, flooring upgrades and a replaced slider, it feels snappy and ready to go. This is THE best floor plan in Rancho De Maria by a big margin (floor plan is in the photo gallery on the link). Add the close proximity to the nearby park plus the luscious back yard and this one is solidly in best buy territory in its price range. Certainly would be my pick if I was shopping under 600K. Listed by Candice Signa of LO RE.

1604 Elverhoy Way, Solvang (3/2 on .14 of an acre) 649K Sharon: A slice of sweetness and light, for sure. This one is so darn cute. I felt right at home and so will you. Such a happy vibe, lots of sunlight, very simple yet adorable. Really a charmer. The work that has been done is good. You could elevate the bathroom style but really, it works just fine with the vintage character of this 1960 built home and they are in excellent shape. In immaculate and beautifully kept condition, it is as turn key as it gets in a vintage home. Good street too within walking distance to town, restaurants and golf. Nina: I know we wrote about this one just yesterday but I had to point it out as a caravan favorite. I had the opportunity to walk through it today and I just love it. It's clean and quaint and ready for someone to love. Listed by Allan Jones of SYV RE.

424 Calor Drive, Buellton (3/2 on .18 of an acre) Sharon: Remodeled is almost an understatement. Recreated is more like it. Reborn. Opened up and rethought out, from the curb on in, this one is really fun and brought completely forward. Not a flip either. Done for the pleasure of the current owners and so completed with care and thoughtfulness. Seriously, new everything. Like, take the word “everything” and run with it. It is all done here and done well. The kitchen is super cool. Listed by Ellen Hemming of Elam, Crystal and Assoc.

2399 Janin Place, Solvang (3/3 on 1 full acre) 949K Sharon: This one is on Janin Place, so at the end where Janin hooks a left, you keep going straight down the private lane. One the right hand side of the lane with a beautiful back yard looking over highway 246 (which you can’t see) out over ranches and to the mountains in the distance. I listened intently. Very quiet even though I was there near lunch rush hour. That’s sort of a joke … there might be 8 cars at the stop light which constitutes our “lunch rush".  The house is sited near the front of the lot so all this gorgeous flat in the back is available to enjoy and is a focal point of the living spaces. With inexpensive Janin water, you can have a lawn like this without wincing when the water bill arrives. Water here is flat rate billed at $375 per quarter. Very Santa Barbara in style, the house is solid with some nice updates. I really like the kitchen configuration and where it’s at. The detached theatre or screening room is super cool too. I can’t think of a reason why this one will be around very long. Listed by Michelle Glaus of Village.
