You can always change the house but the location is permanent. Often we see buyers choosing house over location. If the location doesn’t work, the house never will really be right. Along the creek, end of a private lane with no traffic yet walking distance to the village. Pretty hard to beat location. Unlimited potential. Nina: We figured this one would go quickly after the price reduction, I just didn't know how quickly. I really am excited to see how this property's future looks; I'm sure it's bright.
