Nina: I have had the pleasure of working on this property a few times now, the original sale, through the lot split and now on the sale of the 5 acre parcel. I have always felt that it is a very special property with some of the most stunning views in the valley and an incredible location. It has been such a privilege through each of these transactions and I am always grateful that we live in such a gorgeous place and that I get to work on and spend time at these incredible properties.

Reviewed by us very favorably recently, its not surprise this one was only on the market 4 days and closed quickly just a couple of weeks later. One of the best spec remodels I have seen in a long time. Not just the obvious stuff either. Even small details were attended to. Sweet property with good views too.
