It was part of a 4 property domino game and was a real feat of determination and coordination. Four properties involved (some from out of the area), with each buyer needing to sell in order to buy. So basically, all the properties had to close on the same day. Sound simple? Its not. Believe me, there are hundreds of moving parts!  Four buyer sides, four seller sides, four sets of agents. Lots of ins, outs, deadlines, capitulations, headaches, 3:00 am. worries and the like but wahoo! We did it!  Thanks to whoever invented the Excel program because my spreadsheet kept us sane.
