You will love the sunny bedroom beyond the laundry for kids, office, gym or ?? The back yard is really pretty too and very easy care. Pretty landscaping front and back. For the money, you can not beat this value. If you are shopping under 700K, I highly encourage you to come and fall in love. The pride of ownership here starts at the curb and doesn't stop.
