This one is a bit of a sleeper but I would place it in that category. It is full of pleasant surprises at every turn. As I was telling Carey Kendall, the listing agent, I felt like I was walking around in the movie set for Somewhere In Time, one of my all time favorite movies (yes, I am a total sap for time travel romance movies). Cozy to be sure. Unpretentious definitely. A place that will call to you from your job in LA. To see it is to love it. The problem is you may not want to leave it. Prepare to want to bake cookies, read a book, write a screen play, plant tomatoes, get some sun on your face, help the guys with the vineyard or just witness the total quiet and privacy this spot provides.
