I have been to this property many times and have a few ideas about how it could simply and easily be changed up a little bit outside. We are talking perimeter Skyline Park with super cheap water billed quarterly at $329. That’s what a lot of people pay monthly, especially on a parcel this large. The house is in very good condition and in a quiet location. Why is this house still for sale? Come and see it anew at this better price. This one is a no brainer. See it.

In over 4,700 square feet it is generous but finds a way to be cozy and fun too. You’ll find many different ways this home keeps the mood light but it certainly doesn’t skimp on quality or design.
