Also stop by 2727 San Marcos in Los Olivos priced at 799K which is one of our listing but hosted by my friend, former student and BHHS rising star Rhoda Johnson. That one is open Saturday 1:00 to 3:00. Then on Sunday, come by and see me at 5510 Baseline in Santa Ynez priced $1,840,000 from 12:00 to 3:00.
On to the favorites lists. The criteria I used was first, I have to like it. Then after that, good value, no location or resale issues, either be in good condition or have something special that would make remodel worth doing. Click here for Sharon's favorites list. Just because a property isn't on either list doesn't mean we don't like it. Really, my list is way longer than Nina's as it is so I couldn't keep adding on! We have a total of 152 available properties on the market right now in the valley and Los Alamos, not including mobile homes in a park. These lists are meant to help you shoppers out there know what we think is extra special and properties that are worth your time to come and see. There are plenty of others too not on these lists. I was very curious to see how we differed in our favs list. Actually we only chose 5 properties in common which is a lot less than I had expected. Then again my list was a lot longer .... I'm not as good as Nina in gelling it down to a select few apparently! I'm one of those people who agonizes over which chocolate to eat out of the box ... its so hard to choose just one!
