In an email earlier, Guy said "St. Louis Fed President Bullard said further weakness in inflation could prompt the Fed to cut rates, even if economic growth maintains its momentum". We can only hope! 2005 Kanin Hoj Road, Solvang (4/3 on .56 of an acre) Listed at 779K and sold final for $756,500. Only 29 days on market and selling for about 97% of asking with no price reductions. One of my favs for sure and priced very well. If it sells fast, its priced right and/or has a motivated realistic seller and/or has a particular in demand characteristic (location in this case). This one seemed to have all 3. Listed by Marlene MacBeth of BHHS.
