Two interesting quotes today from Guy Rivera at Guarantee Mortgage. "Guarantee Mortgage has a proprietary bridge loan that's available if you have not sold your house and want to buy up. Rate is below 3% and it comes with deferred payments, call me for details" and "What a difference a day makes. Rates have settled in on a new level but it does not seem to be bothering people that are buying new homes. The tick up in rates is the new norm. People recognize that and understand it".
