374 Midten Hof, Solvang (4/3 on .16 of an acre) 795K This is my favorite two story plan in Nyborg Estates. It’s very generous at a nudge under 2,800 square feet and has an ample kitchen. Notice the fun ceiling architecture in living spaces which add interest to those lofty spaces. It’s very unusual to find high ceilings on the lower level of a two story home but this model does have this quality. Bedrooms are upstairs. Pretty yard. Interior street equals less drive by which is a plus though this neighborhood is notably quiet. Nyborg Estates is great for people who want to get home from the 101 without having to go through downtown Solvang. Also a good location for those who do want to stroll into the city for food or entertainment. You can take Aarhus right into downtown without having to go on the highway.
746 Hillside, Solvang (3/3 condo) Was 599K with a new price of 550K. Motivated seller has done a lot of upgrades here. As are all homes in Mission Oaks, location is perimeter with views. Gated community with pool, tennis and acres of beautiful common areas.
