It’s very unusual to find high ceilings on the lower level of a two story home but this model does have this quality. Bedrooms are upstairs. Pretty yard. Interior street equals less drive by which is a plus though this neighborhood is notably quiet. Nyborg Estates is great for people who want to get home from the 101 without having to go through downtown Solvang. Also a good location for those who do want to stroll into the city for food or entertainment. You can take Aarhus right into downtown without having to go on the highway.
