Sold (1) This is a listing in my own inventory. Listed at 765K and sold final for 720K. Original price was 795K 228 days ago. This was an unusual property with a 3/2 main house in front and semi attached 1/1 legal second unit in the back. Unlike any other property of its type, there was not a requirement for the seller to live in one of the units which means they can both be rented out. A real money earner due to that. Thank you to my awesome sellers who waited patiently until just the right buyer came along. It was so nice working with people who have an infinite well of patience, worked so hard to make the property really shine and trusted me always.
