A lot of people are asking why I decided to take in a listing partner and create a team approach with agent Nina Stormo from my office, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. Well, its pretty simple. Two main reasons. First, I was getting so busy with listings and sales that I didn't feel like I could do the best possible job for my clients because I was spread too thin. With a partner, my clients get two agents for the price of one and they will never miss a showing opportunity because we both can show all the listings and are equally strong agents. As an agent, there is no worse feeling than not accommodating a showing request because I am appointed elsewhere. This way, every opportunity is maximized and none are missed. Second, my area of expertise is residential, land, farm and ranch. Nina can do all that too but she has an added layer of dense knowledge of development, entitlements, county relations, land use and commercial. So this adds a broad new knowledge base and creates a well rounded one stop shopping experience. And lastly, Nina is just a super nice, highly ethical, immensely knowledgeable, articulate and contract savvy agent. Since we joined forces, the wheels have come off the bus! We are so busy its unbelievable. I met with an appraiser today who said he saw a bunch of our signs all over the valley. I am looking forward to many successful transactions with a team approach, double duty for our clients and increased success across the board. Those of you that haven't met Nina yet should do that. Everybody likes Nina. Its impossible not to. Plus, who doesn't love two for the price of one?
