There is something magical about peacocks. I can't even make this stuff up. The valley experiences are as varied as they are unique. Ok. So I went inside and then, after I picked my jaw up off the floor, went on to explore this visual feast. The kitchen is very generous with a friendly efficient design that takes absolute advantage of the breathtaking views. Guest rooms are all downstairs and en suite. In a gated community where this property is well hidden from the general passer by, it is also literally 5 minutes to a major grocery store and the 101 freeway in both directions. There are something like 15 deeded hiking and riding trails in this protected community. If you are shopping in this price range and demand a lot for your money, really, see it. Its a show stopper.

More like a large cabin at that time and before, we can easily see a ton of work and redesign has been done here and now it looks super cute. Tennis court and plenty of room for horses or other hobbies makes it fun and enjoyable. Suitable for full time or part time, this just under 1500 square foot home is located in a very private location with, for the area, a lot of flat and usable. Even so, the views are incredible from almost anywhere on this parcel including the house site. I like this parcel due to its abundance of varying topography, tree canopy, flat and usable in addition to unique privacy. Enjoy it as is, build a bigger main house, add a pool or whatever. At this price, doing all those things makes sense. Then again, bigger is not always better. Sometimes living the simple life amongst so much natural beauty is all you really need. Woodstock Ranch offers natural surroundings with most parcels being around 20 acres, miles of trails, little traveled roads and a kind of peace and quiet that is hard to find, even here.

Very close to town and all conveniences yet in a well kept rural environment, the parcel size is manageable at just under 4 usable acres while still providing plenty of elbow room. Not everybody needs or wants 20 acres so this size is very desirable to a lot of folks. Easy access to shopping, services, medical care, schools, neighbors for increased security and everything else should not be underrated. There is a lot of wow factor here and a must see for those that are not feeling the love with the more common ranch style, heavy Mediterranean homes or fixers we see at this price point. More house, less land. Works for a lot of today's buyers. Full time or part time, the location and easy maintenance of home and land works well for either.
