Buyers agent was one of my former real estate students, Mary Bahnken of Berkshire Hathaway. You go girl! A world class property and exactly what many of today's upper end buyers are looking for including a convenient yet semi rural location. Like I always say, if I had a hundred modern farmhouses, I could sell them all. We need more of these (hint hint to any spec builders out there). Congrats Mary! You rock!
