It's Thursday so click here to see the Open Houses for this weekend. It is also time for a favorites list. Today I decided to see what is on the favorites list of my partner Nina Stormo. See below.

From Nina: I've been asked to compile a list of my favorite listings in town, which feels far more like fun than work. I guess that's a big reason I have worked in real estate all these years. Like they say, "if you love what you do, you'll never work a day in your life." Here are a few of my favorites and the reason I love them.  Click here for the MLS link to each.

631 Roskilde: If you are looking for a condo, or for anything under $500,000, this is a great option. It is a quaint single story home tucked among mature trees a stone's throw to Solvang shopping, restaurants, coffee shops and schools.

213 Teri Sue Lane: It seems to me you're getting a lot of quality for your money in this property - a beautifully remodeled kitchen in a cozy home - and it's not easy to find a 4 bedroom in this price range.

579 Via Corona: The beautiful kitchen, easy living space and nice landscaping in addition to its' proximity to schools, parks and shopping make this one a winner. It's also a great location for someone commuting to Goleta.

676 Alisal Road: I like this property for its' location and what it has to offer in the way of entertainment. The outdoor area and pool are really inviting. It just seems like a great place for gathering friends and family.

2719 San Marcos: You can't beat the location on this one if you like the idea of walking to Los Olivos for dinner and a glass of wine. It's in a friendly neighborhood where horses and dogs often go by.

1630 Fredensborg Way: The home on this property is a modular that has been very nicely done. It's a great fit for someone wanting room for their horses and a petite working ranch. The views are an added bonus.

1240 Highland: This ranch style house has a lot of space for entertaining family and friends - a pool, bocce court and guest quarters. Nice location in Skyline Park too.

2945 Brinkerhoff: I have spent many years working with investors and this property just screams potential. The views are beautiful and, while the house will take quite a bit of work, there is already a lot the property has to offer.

3146 Riley Road: If you are looking for supreme architectural elements, this is it. The property is in the Alisal so plan on a land lease. The home and its' surroundings are just beautiful.

4199 Tims Road: There is just something about this house that gets me every time I step foot in it. It's like walking into a beautifully done plantation home from another era. The abundant mature oak trees don't hurt either.

2130 Adobe Canyon Road: It's like your very own storybook bed and breakfast with the most breathtaking views. This, along with the barns on 10 acres, makes this one a find.

5475 Happy Canyon Road: This is just a special property. It's got nooks and crannies, pastures and a big red barn and the lighthouse style guest suite adds so much charm.

1051 Croft Lane: This property is unique for our area. It's another plantation style home that seems to be incredibly well crafted. Oozing charm, it feels as though you've stepped into another time and place.

3401 Brinkerhoff: It's the outdoor living space and the stonework that make this one special. The pool and the views are the heart of this home.

7300 Happy Canyon Road: When you walk into this home, you know what kind of quality surrounds you. Every inch has been so well thought out and the grounds are immaculate.

4500 Via Rancheros: It's difficult to tell from the photos how beautiful this home really is. I remember being in awe walking through it.

5600 Armour Ranch Road: I am all about the feeling of a house when I walk in. This property just feels really special. It has a peaceful vibe with an olive tree lined drive, native landscape and an open meadow.
