February is O V E R ... can you believe that? Incredible. Time is flying this early Spring. Supposed to get some weather starting tomorrow and through the weekend so plan and dress accordingly if you wander this way. Preferred perimeter location with really big views and close proximity to the best park in the entire valley. We had multiple offers on this one. Thank you to my sellers who I will miss having as neighbors and bumping into at the grocery store. Small town life means we actually miss those who move away.
