I sold this one originally back in 2016 but at that time it was on a 10 acre parcel with a lot split in progress. I sold the other 5 acres with a barn during the remainder of the lot split finalization which left this main house on 5 left to sell. The house didn't look like this when I sold. The seller certainly spiffed the place up and brought it current. Great views from up here in this hidden enclave. In fact, most people don't even know this nest of a few secluded homes even exists.

One of the best land leases in the entire ranch. Low and with a lot of term left with no increases. Pretty sweet deal there in the Alisal Ranch.
