1297 Jonata Park, Buellton (highway commercial restaurant building on 2.86 acres) Listed at $2,750,000 and sold final for $2,000,000 even. 392 days on market. I spent many happy dinners here at the site of the old Zaca Creek restaurant back in the late 80's. I'm hoping it morphs into an upper quality restaurant here in Btown. We need more choices for the discerning restaurant patron on this side of the valley. The party barn would make an epic event venue and parking is not an issue at all. Lots of ways to make this property great once again. I'm looking forward to seeing what this piece turns into over time.
