The sweet spot is there somewhere for every property. Sellers who keep trying to find the sweet spot through thoughtful well timed price reductions are smart. Especially on custom or unusual properties, its impossible to say definitively what the market will bear. What is the point in sticking on the market for years trying to obtain an unrealistic number? Time is precious. Get on with your life! The buyers will always tell you what your property is worth but you have to be listening and looking for the number.
