As we wind down the year and all the offices close until after January 1st, this will be my last post for 2018. Another year done. It has been a good one for sure with so many meaningful sales, big and small. They are all meaningful to me no matter the price point. The smiles, bright futures and memories made are all a big part of what real estate sales are all about. Finding just the right home, just the right buyer, finding that value point where both buyer and seller feel they got a fair deal .... those are the sweet spots. 2019 will be no less full of joys, highs, lows and everything in between. Resiliency, flexibility and ability to wear many hats are just a few of the traits that make a great agent. I used all of those this year. I look forward to renewing the quest for client satisfaction in the new year. To all of you out there, Happy New Year.
