As a reminder about my philosophy regarding price reductions, I don't include them all here. Small reductions under around 5% or less don't generally get me too excited unless its a property that I really like for other reasons.  The price reductions you see here on this blog are those that are generous, meaningful, drop the property into a search parameter not exposed before or are for properties that I think are particularly interesting. You can view all the price reductions on Zillow, Realtor.com etc. so you don't miss one that might be meaningful or interesting to you.

508 Willow Lane, Buellton (4/2 on .19 of an acre)  Listed at 685K and sold final for $658,125. That is an interesting number! Very nice move in condition home in a great Sycamore Ranch corner location close to the school.
