You did actually just see another price reduction a few weeks ago on 10/24 when it came down to $1,395,000. I'd stand up and take notice if I were a buyer in this price point because this property has tons to offer in terms of location and potential. AP address but well off the main road on a private driveway (not just an easement by the looks of the aerial). Not just any old driveway either. Imagine saying to your friends, "turn in down the gorgeous tree lined lane at the Rideau Vineyard entrance and take the right hand fork to our ranchette ... we'll toddle over to the winery for a glass wine later if you like". Original price was $1,645,000. Buyers in the 5 acre market should definitely take a look even if they have seen this property already. Its amazing how a great price will change the appeal of a property and make no mistake, this is now a great price. Ballard school district for those with little ones and for resale appeal.
