2980 Flora Road, Lompoc (3/2 on 22+ acres) Listed at $1,300,000 and sold final for same, $1,300,000. This was a superior value. Lots of upgrades, beautiful condition, very good location, huge barn and I love the pond. Cebada Canyon does it again in maximizing the housing dollar.
