533 Farmland Drive, Buellton (3/2 on .16 of an acre)  This is a listing in my own inventory. Sold before it ever hit the market. I have known these sellers as personal friends for over 14 years. It was sad to list and sell their home and see them leave the valley but where they are going is so amazing that I'm now instead so happy about their future. And guess what? New wonderful people are moving in so the neighborhood is lucky enough to have a new mainstay family to create future great memories. Meadowridge is a special place, made more special by the nice people who live there.
