Things are heating up in Santa Barbara. Apparently the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors is suing the city for violation of homeowners 4th amendment rights related to its decades long draconian requirement of "zoning inspections" for all properties that transfer within the city.  You have to hand it to the SBAOR. That association of Realtors is actively and vehemently supportive of not only their agent members but homeowners in Santa Barbara as well. This is a wonderful example of how Realtor organizations make a difference in their communities. Read the entire story by clicking here. Its really quite interesting.
