The Santa Barbara Board of Supervisors met yesterday 6/6/17 and discussed yet again the subject of short term or "vacation" rentals in Santa Barbara County. You can click here for the county website page with more information that outlines what could become the new ordinance which speaks to where and what kind of "short stays" will be allowed.  Contrary to what you may have heard, nothing is set in stone yet so stay tuned.

One of the trendiest and most remodeled homes we have seen in Rancho De Maria which explains the higher than normal sales price. This one was done and done! Lots of mods and definitely not the usual RDM offering.

3384 Manzana, Santa Ynez (4/2 on .24 of an acre)  Listed at 729K and sold final for 717K. A lot of value here with a move in condition home in a good location. I saw this one pop up on the rental list as well but I think its gone already.
