As a reminder, I don't mention all the price reductions here. If they are very small they won't make this blog but I do enjoy letting you know about the significant meaningful price changes. Sometimes a property that didn't look attractive before looks pretty interesting when the price falls into the feel good zone. You may see reductions pop up on Zillow etc. that you don't see here and that's why. You know what I always say. Reduce it like you mean it.
Just a heads up. I will not be posting tomorrow, Thursday. I'll be traveling and won't back in time ... plus I'll be tired from traveling. I am not a good traveler. I'd rather do almost anything than travel. You get the picture. I'll be back here on Friday with everything.

This is one from 2008 when it sold for 390K. I was doing some work for the original builder, JM Development, who had retained this property as a rental for a period of time. This was before Los Alamos really took off. This home has the great room plan with big open living, kitchen and dining sharing a large space. The kitchens are pretty nice in these 2003 built homes. This model has a lot of counter top that functions more like an island. I like this plan because the master is on one side and the guest rooms are on the other. Corner location with easy in and out for commuters.
720 Elsinore, Solvang (3/2 on .48 of an acre) Was 775K with a new price of 749K. Some big views and recent updates for the money. If you like something a little different or are trying to escape cookie cutter tract home at this price point, come and check it out. I like this location with an easy jet into Solvang or take the back road via Ballard Canyon Rd. and get to Albertsons or the the 101 in minutes.
