3155 Box Canyon, Santa Ynez (main house plus legal second unit on 5.93 acres)  Listed at $1,395,000 and sold final for what I think is $1,350,000. There is a typo in the closed pricing on the MLS so I'm guessing. I'll circle back and correct myself if I'm wrong.

2467 Jonata St., Los Olivos (3/2 on .16 of an acre)  Listed at 782K and sold final for 765K. This was a quick one. Only 5 days on market. LO in the 7's is doing very well right now. If you have one to list, this would be an excellent time as we have very limited inventory in this price range in LO.
